The layout of the apartment in an old building required an unusual solution for its living room. Through this central, relatively little space is access into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway and also entrance to the terrace. Due to the fact that the owner is a passionate cook, the proposal was subordinated to the requirements on kitchen equipment. There was realized deluxe equipped kitchen, which also serves as a dining room and bar. There also found a place a home cinema, which has been implemented in the bararea. Color and material solutions are based on natural and "real" materials such as concrete screed, bleached and brushed veneer and stainless steel. Currently, we are working on bedrooms and hallway interior.
